ABOUT
LANDOR'S CURVE

Landor's Curve is a set of tools and founder-developed frameworks for understanding how work changes, how careers evolve, and how people can make better decisions before investing time, money, and energy into a path.

Section 1
The Origin

Landor's Curve began with a simple observation: work does not change all at once. It bends.

Some roles disappear. Some become more valuable. Some are reshaped by technology, automation, AI, market demand, regulation, education, and human trust. The danger is that people often do not see the curve until they are already standing in it.

This project was created to help people notice those changes earlier. Not to scare them, and not to tell them what they must do, but to help them ask better questions about the paths they are choosing or the careers they are already in.

Section 2
Founder Philosophy

Trust is the foundation of everything we are building with Landor's Curve and PathDecider.

These projects are not sponsored by schools, training programs, employers, or institutions trying to steer people toward a particular outcome. The goal is not to sell someone a degree, a certificate, or a dream that may not match reality. The goal is to help people ask better questions before they invest their time, money, and future.

Over the years, I have seen too many students leave school with significant debt, only to struggle finding work in the field they studied for. I have also seen working adults feel trapped when technology, automation, or changing market expectations begin to reshape their profession. These tools were created from that concern.

PathDecider is for people trying to choose wisely before they commit. Landor's Curve is for people trying to adapt wisely when the path begins to change.

The mission is simple: help people make more informed decisions as work changes.

Jobs have always changed. Some disappear, some evolve, and new ones appear. That has happened throughout history. But the speed of change now makes communication, transparency, and preparation more important than ever.

We believe better information can help create better outcomes. If students, parents, workers, educators, and career changers can see the risks, opportunities, costs, and possible paths more clearly, they can make decisions with more confidence and less fear.

We also believe useful tools should not be locked entirely behind a paywall. The free tools are genuinely useful, even if someone never pays. Paid reports and future paid tiers exist because deeper analysis, larger searches, document generation, hosting, and continued development require real resources.

The goal is to build a system where better career insight is not reserved only for institutions with large budgets.

Landor's Curve and PathDecider are being built to serve that purpose. They will continue to improve as we improve them. They are built with care, transparency, and a commitment to helping people see what options they may have without being steered by paid placements, institutional pressure, or hidden agendas.

Section 3
Two Products. One Direction.

PathDecider helps people choose wisely before they commit to a school, program, or career path.

Landor's Curve helps people adapt wisely when the path they are already on begins to change.

Both tools come from the same belief: better information should help people make better decisions before they spend years, money, and energy moving in a direction they do not fully understand.

Section 6
The Founder

Landor's Curve was created by Orlando Rashid, a director, producer, documentary filmmaker, show creator, educator, and audio professional whose work spans media production, branded content, curriculum development, technology, AI tools, and career education.

Orlando began his career as an audio engineer, working on platinum-selling albums, Grammy-connected music projects, and Emmy-nominated media work. His career later expanded into directing, producing, documentary storytelling, branded content, live sound implemented workflows, museum-based audiovisual exhibits, curriculum development, and AI-assisted creative tools.

He has directed and produced video content for marketing agencies serving major consumer brands, with work connected to advertising-recognized campaigns and large-scale artists and media projects. At the same time, he has taught and consulted across multiple entertainment and media education institutions in the Los Angeles area, working with students, artists, and professionals navigating rapidly changing creative and technical fields.

That combination shaped the central question behind Landor's Curve: how can people make better decisions when the world of work is changing faster than traditional guidance can keep up?

His background as both a working creative professional and educator gives Landor's Curve its practical point of view. The tools are designed not only to analyze careers, but to help people recognize the value of what they have already built, understand where their experience can travel, and make clearer decisions about what comes next.

Results are directional estimates drawn from publicly available workforce research. Not a guarantee of individual outcomes. Sources →
